Rent, lease and repairs in one place
TsTenant is the tenant app for property managers who keep their books in TSBooks.
- Pay rent from a saved bank account or card, or set up autopay once and let rent pay itself each month.
- Ask for repairs with photos from the camera, and follow each request from the first reply to the finished job.
- Message the property manager in one thread, and get a notification when an answer arrives.
- See the lease: rent, deposit, dates, people on the lease and everything charged and paid.
- Stay notified when rent is due, a visit is scheduled or a document is ready to sign.
Getting in
A property manager invites each tenant by email. The invitation link signs the tenant in the first time; after that, signing in takes the email address and a six-digit code.
